This past week Elsie became a big sister to her little brother Linden. Linden came early and unexpectedly (born at 36 1/2 weeks) but he is doing well and we are all so in love with him. Above is a picture of Elsie meeting him for the first time. The way she is with him just melts my heart, she’s always wanting to give him a hug and kiss, bring him a toy and tell him that she loves him. And for the most part she’s really quite gentle.
It’ll be interesting to see what it’s like raising two children and Dave and I are both super excited to start this journey. Hopefully we can both be as loving as Elsie.
